Experience

Manager, Digital Experience | New York Philharmonic | New York, NY | Sep 2025 – Present

Digital Experience Coordinator | Sep 2023 – Sep 2025

  • Own content and UX for nyphil.org from request to publish, working with marketing, PR, fundraising, and outside agencies for design, development, analytics, and SEO.

  • Wrote the site's web asset guidelines, used by 20+ staff across 5 departments through a rebrand, a replatform, and a redesign, and worked with developers to build them into the CMS as field rules, help text, and how-to guides.

  • Turn complex ticketing, membership, and event information into clear, easy-to-follow content across web and mobile, including a season guide concept with categorized browsing.

  • Led content audits for a 600+ page CMS replatform and a website redesign, building governance documentation and QA checklists, and developed naming systems for pages, packages, and concerts to match how people search.

  • Partnered with an outside audit firm to make the full site WCAG certified, and handle on-page SEO and accessibility when publishing: clear titles and URLs, alt text, and accessible PDFs.

  • Audited the subscription purchase path using GA4, site search, and customer feedback, finding mobile users reached checkout at less than half the desktop rate and 45% of users backed out of curated packages. Both fixes are now being built into the redesign.

  • Ran discovery workshops with every department, and used GA4 click paths and site-search data to show most visitors arrive with a specific task, pushing for task-focused navigation in the redesign.

  • Collaborated with Customer Relations to revamp the Plan Your Visit page, using personas, journey maps, and user tests built around the questions visitors ask most.

  • Review agency designs in Figma weekly with developers, and run heuristic evaluations and user acceptance testing for releases like Apple Wallet, Google Pay, and ticket sharing.

  • Own the brand's digital presence, using content and competitor audits to shape style guidelines, website content, and social strategy.

  • Audited the website before its ICFF launch and worked with the developer on fixes, including simpler navigation, new CMS fields for images and pricing, and clearer trade program messaging.

  • Built systems in Notion and Claude to keep the business organized, including a shot-list database with naming conventions and status tracking, a trade CRM, and quality-check lists for five product lines.
