I’m Leah and this is a selection of case studies highlighting some of my recent UX projects.
My expertise is content strategy as systems thinking: I look at the whole of a digital experience, not just its individual touchpoints, and I have an eye for what works visually within that system.

Looking at digital experiences with a birds-eye-view is just as important as looking at it on a more granular level because business goals and user goals don't always point in the same direction. A company wants to sell items; the user wants clear pricing. The company wants to upsell; the user wants to understand the benefit before investing more time. Pinpointing when content can reconcile those opposing goals is the work I love to do.
That shows up most in my content auditing work. I create the content, govern it, and build the systems around it, deciding what a piece should say, setting the standard that keeps it consistent, and designing where and how it lives across a product as it grows.
